Having lived in South West Florida since 1993, I have become accustomed to disappointment regarding contractors performance in general. However, Connery and the Universal team have renewed my faith! Outstanding job and service! Universals pricing was a bit higher than my other bids, but well worth it. You really do get what you pay for.
Great Experience
Fully inspected and replaced a family members roof. Even discovered rotted wood and replaced that as well along with installing 6" seamless gutters. Also provided service above and beyond whats "standard" in the industry such as using upgraded underlayment and replaced all accessories when other companies wanted to use the bare minimum necessary or just reattach old accessories. Crew was professional and job was completed within budget and schedule. Great company and will be referring to others in the future.
Great Contractor
Joseph was upfront and truthful in telling me he needed about one week to get someone out to our home. The crew arrived on time and got to work immediately. When the job was complete, the driveway and surrounding areas were cleaned and everything put back in its place. The crew even used a magnet to retrieve any loose nails that might have been around the driveway. This is the contractor you should hire to work on your home or business. Very professional. Call Joseph, he is knowledgeable on all aspects of construction. This contractor does other types of construction, and I will have them to come back to do more work.
